His unique background combines classical Pilates principles with extensive experience in personal training, strength conditioning, and functional movement.
Ethan holds certifications from the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Power Pilates, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). He has worked with leading fitness companies in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego, teaching private clients and group classes including Pilates mat, Pilates reformer, indoor cycling, BOSU, TRX, and various conditioning formats.
Ethan discovered Pilates in 2005 while working as a successful New York City-based group fitness instructor. After teaching more than 15 spin classes per week along with strength training classes, he began experiencing the flexibility and range-of-motion challenges common among athletes.
